Nashguitars warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. This warranty extends to the original buyer (and each successive buyer within the warranty period).
Within the period of this warranty, Nashguitars will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs must be performed by Nashguitars, or a Nashuitars approved technician.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Nashguitars except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer:
Shipping and Handling
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal/expected instrument use.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or alterations.
Corrective work necessitated by repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Nashguitars, or a Nashguitars authorized technician.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service the buyer must first contact Nashguitars (firstname.lastname@example.org) for approval of service, and shipping address.
Upon receiving approval for repair the buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original case and packing materials, and ship it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem to Nashguitars.
We recommend the buyer insure the package and send it return receipt requested. We accept no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.
